Weavart Patchwork Kilimis located in Cebeci Han No:30 34126 Beyazıt - Istanbul Turkey By creating an account or placing an order you accept and agree with our terms and policies.

Amendment and Updates  to Terms& Conditions and Policies

We reserve the right to revise, change, add new terms at any time without prior informing you and obtaining your approval. Therefore we encourage you to keep a print copy of this “Terms&Policies” and to check periodically to follow up changes. If you disagree or want to cancel the agreement, please immediately stop accessing, using and ordering at website. We encourage you to send written cancellation request with original signature to the address mentioned above. Electronic mails and electronic signatures do not constitute the hard copy mails mentioned above.

Content of the website

Weavart Patchwork Kilim displays the products according to their cathegories. Some items might appear in more than 1 cathegories.

Products

Weavart Patchwork Kilim tries to ensure the best and exact colour display of the products with its specialized photographers. However, large items may have very minor color variations due to light intensity.

The resolutions of screens may impact the actual color of the items. Please try to observe your items in basket in different screens to match your expectations.

Most items sold are old, used and handmade. Some might have repaired. Therefore, minor defects are natural part of the hand crafts. Infact such defects give identity to products, which can hardly be observed in smilar products. Please contact our customer service (info@weavart.net) to get more detailed information on the selected products. 

Reported age of the products may not be the exact age. We rely on the words and confirmation of sellers, collectors and owners of the items. We  get the assessment of the products about their age and antiquity value. Their and our assessments are not binding. If you need exact assessment, either you can do it over the pictures or ask our customers service to for third party assessment at your own expense. Customer service will help you with your request.

Please note that we will not be held liable where products are treated or cleaned with any chemicals or water based cleaning process, and strongly advise you to use professional insured companies to undertake such cleaning. 

Delivery Terms to TR

Most Deliveries within TR is FREE, you can see details in product specification. If an order consists of more than one product and they come from different depots they may arrive in separate deliveries.

Please keep in mind that if the transportation company charges us even more for an area they consider to be directed, or for extra large rugs, we reserve the right to request the additional fee from our customer. This is very rare but if it happens we will certainly contact our customer and give the option of paying the extra charge or receiving a full refund.

International Deliveries

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS except Ceramics ALL OVER THE WORLD REGARDLESS OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER.

Tracking Your Delivery

All customers receive an e-mail  with a shipment tracking number when their product is dispatched. So you will be able to track online. 

Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is dispatched. Payment must be made in US Dollars. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed by our acquiring merchant bank Garanti Bank, or by PayPal, the most popular and safest internet payment processor. You may also make a bank transfer.

Images

All images on the site are copyright and may not be used without permission. We pay great attention on images and product details. We are working with specialized photographers. Due to variations in computer technology we cannot guarantee that colours and details in images are accurate representations of the product. 

Shipping& Handling

Weavart Patchwork Kilim takes care of the local handling and export taxes.

New Zealand and Australia customers can check shipping fees with the customer service from info@weavart.net weavart.net

We are not responsible for buyers’ import and other taxes. You are responsible for paying your country’s taxes.

Confirmed orders will be normally shipped within 2 days except for local official holidays.

Expected delivery is between 2 and 5 days to European countries and 7-15 days to North America, Australia and Japan

After shipments, you will receive a tracking number to follow up your delivery.

Goods Damaged In Transit

We work with professional transport companies. However, you must check the package on arrival before signing for it. In case of damaged package or suspicious event, do not sign it. The courier will automatically return the product to us. In case of your absence, you should also inform anyone accepting the delivery on your behalf of this requirement. Damage that is notified after a product is received by a customer is not covered.

Product Return

You have the right to return your purchased products within 7 days after the delivery as long as you e-mail or phone us within 48 hours of delivery stating your intention to return the product.

You can contact to our customer service via info@weavart.net and acquire “return authorization number”. This e-mail is important as it gives both parts (Customer and Weavart Patchwork Kilim) a written dated record of customer’s intention, and allows us to send you a return authorization number and our returns address so that we can process your return. Returned items without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted in our warehouse.

Following your e-mail, we ask that you return the product to us within 7 days of the day the product was delivered at your expense, in unused and undamaged condition, fully and securely packaged. For your peace of mind, we recommend returning products using an insured, signed for carriage service.

Returned products are reviewed by our product traders and when we get confirmation of proper return, we start refund process.

Please be aware that refunds will only be made for the orders where these conditions are followed. If a product is returned which does not qualify for a refund, it will remain your property. We will hold it for one month, at no charge, for you to collect in person or by courier.

Refunds are usually paid within 15 days of the return, depending on your card issuer or bank. Please note that you (customers) are responsible for the cost of return shipment. We will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price, minus our delivery costs plus 20% import, 8% value added tax (tax of Turkish Republic), 3 % insurance, 3.5% Credit Cards, handling charges and any additional charges relating to the recovery of the goods.

Please note that products which are stated as unreturnable/nonrefundable will remain outside of this process. 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch for a full refund. If you cancel after dispatch, then we will treat your order as a return (see above).

We have the right to cancel your order if ever we suspect fraudulent payment, or if we are unable to satisfy your order. If we are unable to satisfy your order, we will make a full refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. 

Complaints 

Our customer service do their best to resolve all issues via email or over the phone. However, if you feel you have a complaint that cannot be resolved, please put it in writing and send it to our Management via following e-mail adress (info@weavart.net). We will investigate and respond within 2 working days at most.
