DELIVERY POLICY

  • For your order to be delivered to your delivery address, the security approval has to be relayed from your bank to East&Bloom in cases when your payment method has been credit card.

  • Orders placed on a working day will be delivered to the shipping company at latest 72 hours (except on weekends and official holidays) after your payment is approved and your order is prepared based on your preferences.
  • If we require more time to prepare your order, we will let you know by e-mail or phone.
  • You will be notified by e-mail when your order is delivered to the shipping company.
  • The shipping company should delivery your order to you within 72 hours (except Sundays and official holidays) within Turkey. If your delivery is not made within the cited period please notify us via contact form, e-mail or by calling +90 0212 511 94 71.   • In cases where the delivery and billing addresses are the same, the product will be delivered with its bill and shipping papers. In orders with different delivery and billing addresses, the bill will be sent to the billing address and the shipping papers will be delivered to the delivery address together with the product.
  • The shipping company will leave you a note if you are not at the delivery address during delivery. If you do not get into contact with the firm in 3 days, the shipping company will return the package to East&Bloom.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Every product has clear information as to whether the product is eligible for return or not.

  • Items that are eligible for return must be returned to East&Bloom within 15 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Items arriving after the 15 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  •  Check your products during delivery and do not accept the package in cases you think the product is damaged or incomplete. Let East&Bloom know by filling out the contact form. Necessary control will be done and the delivery of your purchase will be sent to you as soon as possible. If you have accepted the package you also accept that the shipping firm delivered the correct and complete product to you.
  • Items that are eligible for return must be returned to East&Bloom in the same condition delivered to you, i.e. complete with all accessories, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging and bill.
  • We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
  • To initiate a return of a product, please contact us via contact form, info@weavart.net or +90 0212 511 94 71 with your order number.
  • Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received and deemed appropriate for return.
